Biography
Having over 20 years of practice, Daniel is an experienced business lawyer, with focus on mergers and acquisitions, competition and compliance matters. He is mainly advising international clients in complex deals as well as on day-to-day business decisions and legal challenges. He also has valuable expertise in PPP and public procurement, assisting in major infrastructure projects in Romania. His practice covers insurance, real estate, intellectual property, energy as well as employment.
Before establishing his own legal practice, Daniel has been an associated lawyer with Arent Fox and followed his career with Voicu & Filipescu – associated office of the international law firm Squire Patton for more than 12 years, holding the deputy managing partner position for over 6 years.
Daniel is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in Romanian and English.
