Biography
Anda has a broad experience in corporate borrowing and general financing, and her practice includes structured, lease and project finance, securitizations, securities offerings and loan and general banking work. Anda Dragomirescu is also skillful in the field of employment, providing expert advice primarily on collective bargaining agreements, trade unions policies and communication, company employment policies and procedures, as well as share schemes and benefit arrangements.
Anda also focuses on advising corporations of all legal forms in the fields of commercial and business law, especially during the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts, purchasing and sales, distribution and licensing.
Anda is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in Romanian and English.
