Biography
Alexandru focuses on dispute resolution, representing local and multinational clients in all phases of disputes and has started to develop an active insolvency and reorganization practice. At ease with the multidisciplinary intricacies of legal patterns, Alexandru supports clients within complex disputes relating to post M&A, corporate law, IP and liability issues (including managing directors’ liability). He also regularly advises clients on issues relating to private international law and criminal law.
Alexandru is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in Romanian and English.
