Biography
Oana benefits from an extensive experience in civil and commercial law related litigation and dispute resolution and has a range of practice areas advising clients on general corporate/commercial matters, insolvency procedures, compliance and regulatory matters. Oana also ensures legal advice on labour law, having over 15 years experience in advising clients both on general compliance issues (labor agreements, collective bargaining agreements, employee policies and procedures, disciplinary process) as well as in labor-related litigations.
Oana is a member of the Bucharest Bar and is fluent in Romanian, Spanish and English
